User agrees that neither Company nor its group companies, directors, officers or employee shall be liable for any direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special or/and consequential or/and exemplary damages, resulting from the use or/and the inability to use the service or/and for cost of procurement of substitute goods or/and services or resulting from any goods or/and data or/and information or/and services purchased or/and obtained or/and messages received or/and transactions entered into through or/and from the service or/and resulting from unauthorized access to or/and alteration of user's transmissions or/and data or/and arising from any other matter relating to the service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or/and use or/and data or other intangible, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
User further agrees that Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension or termination of service, including but not limited to director/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent.
User agrees that the Company shall not be responsible or liable to the user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall Company's total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by You from Krademy, Krademy's services or platforms, or any third-party services will create any guarantee other than those stated here. You expressly agree that the use of the Krademy's Services on our Platform is at Your sole risk. It is Your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all content, courses, services, and other information provided through the site or on the Internet generally. We do not give any guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the site will be corrected. The Krademy's Services and our Platform and any data, information, third party software, reference sites, services, or software made available in conjunction with or through the services and the site are provided on an “as is” and “as available,” “with all faults” basis and without warranties or representations of any kind either express or implied.

The Krademy Services and Our Platform are owned and operated by Krademy itself. The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, computer code (including source code and object code), services, and all other elements of Our Services and Our Platform provided by Krademy are protected by all other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights, and applicable laws. You agree not to remove, obscure, or alter or any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices affixed to or contained within or accessed in conjunction with or through Our Services/ Platform. Except as expressly authorized by Krademy, You agree not to sell, license, distribute, copy, modify, publicly perform or display, transmit, publish, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise make unauthorized use of the services.
Krademy reserves all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement. If You have comments regarding Our Services and/or Our Platform or ideas on how to improve it, please contact us. Please note that by doing so, You hereby irrevocably assign to Krademy, and shall assign to Krademy, all rights, title, and interests in and all ideas and suggestions and all worldwide intellectual property rights associated therewith. You agree to perform such acts and execute such documents as may be reasonably necessary to perfect the foregoing rights.
If any dispute, controversy or claim arises under this Agreement or concerning any Krademy's Service or Platform, including any question regarding the existence, validity or termination of this Agreement or T&Cs (hereinafter Dispute), You shall use all reasonable efforts to resolve such Disputes. If the parties are unable to resolve the Dispute amicably within 30 days of the notice of such Dispute, Krademy may choose to resolve any Dispute by binding arbitration per the provisions of the Indian Judiciary System.. Such Dispute shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated with any claim or controversy of any other user. The Dispute shall be resolved by a sole arbitrator, appointed by the Law.
Any agreement shall be done confidentially, and neither a user nor Krademy may disclose the existence, content or results of any arbitration, except it is required by law or for the purpose of making the arbitration award. All official fees and expenses of arbitration will be divided equally between You and Krademy. In all arbitrations, each party will bear the expense of its own lawyers and preparation. This paragraph shall survive termination of this Agreement.
The Services are managed by Krademy, which is located in Noida, India. You agree that any claim or dispute You may have against Krademy must be resolved by a court having jurisdiction in New Delhi, India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within New Delhi, India, to prosecute any such claims or disputes. This Agreement shall be governed by Indian law. This paragraph shall survive termination of this Agreement.
Krademy concentrates on delivering the best learning experience and training for students. Therefore, the courses at Krademy require amendments from time to time, hence the fees of the courses may also change, respectively.
For a particular registered candidate, the fees will remain the same if the candidate joins an available batch within 3 months. But, in case a candidate fails to join any of the batches within those 3 months, the registration will dissolve, and the new/current fees will be applicable.
Note: Krademy will inform the students about the modifications in the fees via the course page on our website (www.krademy.com), or any other digital platforms such as Whatsapp messages or SMS. We will not be held accountable or entertain any dispute if students are not aware of the changes in the course fees
